My not so secret obsession with food involves recipe creation, cooking and well...eating ofcourse! Whenever I have inspiration and time, I'm most likely in the kitchen.

I want people to know that cooking can be fun if you want it to be (no offense if it's not your thing), easy, cost-efficient and tasty as all hell. The reality is we all need to tap into the cooking style that feeds you in a way that serves your wallet and carves time for the things that give you the most joy. Whether it's something complicated on a stovetop or oven, or in a crockpot that you can walk away from -- I guarantee there is something for you.  Even folks who hate cooking can find a technique that works for their time and their wallet - ask me and I'll find it!
